Broad Bean Soup

Materials

2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons meat or chicken broth, 2 tablespoons in a skillet, 2 tablespoons tomato slices, 2 tablespoons minced flour in a skillet, 2 tablespoons of finely chopped, minced, boiled and filtered fresh beans, 1 finely chopped medium onion, water in the glass, enough salt and black pepper.

Preparation of

First, the onion is lightly sautéed in oil. Add boiled pods on top. Add a little more roasted hot water, salt and pepper. A separate large bowl flour is opened with two glasses of water. Put tomato paste in it and mix well.
The mixture is added to the boiling soup. It boils a little more and closes six. According to the desire on the oil in the red or red pepper sauce or chopped dill and parsley is served by sprinkling.
