25 grams of butter, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 cup of corn flour, 2 eggs of greens, 1 cup of unsalted oil and fresh sheep cheese.

Preparation of

The cheese is melted in low heat. The yolk of the egg is added and mixed. Add flour slowly to continue stirring. The last addition of sugar is continued until the consistency is reached. After you have given the consistency, the fire is turned off. Optionally served with walnut on top.
