Semolina halva with milk


2 cups of semolina, 2 cups of milk, 2 cups of sugar, 1 packet of margarine (Butter), 1 packet of peanuts.

Preparation of

First, the milk is taken into a bowl, sugar is added into it and it is melted by stirring occasionally. On the other hand, add margarine to the pot and after melting it, add peanuts and then semolina and griddle the semolina until the peanuts are brown. After the dark coloring, sugar and milk mixture is added to the wax and the lid is closed by mixing. When it starts to draw water well it is sliced and closed when there is no water left. As the rest of the pilaf is covered and covered for at least half an hour. The resting halva can be served afterwards.
